The Project Manager Expert is responsible for leading high-priority, time-sensitive projects within the Task Force department. This role involves managing complex projects with a focus on expedited results, employing both predictive and adaptive project management approaches. The Project Manager will be tasked with developing and executing structured project plans, ensuring timely delivery, and achieving high-quality outcomes while adapting to evolving project requirements.
Requisitos
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP): Relevant certifications for expertise in agile methodologies.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification: Green Belt or Black Belt, indicating proficiency in process improvement and efficiency.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge: Extensive Knowledge of project management methodologies, including both predictive (waterfall) and adaptive (agile) approaches.
- Expertise in risk management, strategic planning, and performance tracking.
Technical Competencies:
- Project Management Software: Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.
- Risk Management: Strong skills in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze project performance data and make data-driven decisions.
Soft Skills:
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide project teams.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Communication: Effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, reporting progress, and facilitating teamwork.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and manage uncertainty effectively.
