During the program you will develop a solid understanding of how project execution works in the gas power sector. You will work with our best in class project managers and project staff to acquire the necessary technical and leadership competencies to be able fulfill both customer and business objectives. This PMEP role is intended for off program on the Project Management team in the Gas Power business.Job Description
- Graduates leave the program with leadership skills necessary to fulfill both customer and business objectives.
- The program, which commences in Jun, is a two-year program spanning three eight-month rotational assignments
- Mandatory rotations will include field / construction and scheduling with a third in another discipline (commercial operations, quality, sourcing, contract management, finance, project controls, logistics, project management, lean, and technical).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical disciplines e.g. Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualifications from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 and maximum of 8 years relevant work experience with solid performance in Project Management, Construction or Field Service preferably in Energy, Oil & Gas or infrastructure sectors
- Ability to complete multi-location rotations, travel both domestically and / or internationally for up to 8 months per rotations
- Ability to do field site rotation
- Ability to make 2 years commitment to sponsoring business
- Conversational in English and Mandarin.
