We are Hiring a Project management Director (m./f.)
Location : Gennevilliers (92) or Tours (37).
Who will you be working with?
Reporting to the VP Access Business Unit, you will cooperate with all the 3 Sub-Product Lines (Doors, Platform Screen Doors, Safety products), as well as customers. You will lead project operations teams (circa 50 people based in Europe, Asia, and North America), either through direct (hierarchical) management or functional management.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Product Line leadership, you will be responsible for projects executions.
- Execute with the 3 Sub-Product Lines the QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) and Cost competitivity all along the value chain from Tender to Project. There are about 200 projects with global scope, 4 main countries, $250m sales per year. The objective is to ensure a superior Tenders and Projects execution performance delivering the contractual commitments (Quality and Delivery) and the Contract Margin (CM)% equal or above the As-Sold.
- Define and implement adequate governance, operating rhythm and monitoring KPI to ensure a robust Tender process and Project execution, executable technical and contractual risk mitigation process.
- Face key customer for QBR (Quarterly Business Review), multi segment projects to coordinate with one customer.
- Ensure robust Projects Governance for risk and opportunities management, Variation Order and Claim strategy.
- Develop the Project management office skills within your team.
What do we want to know about you?

- experience in equipment (rail, automotive, heavy equipment, aerospace, maritime, …),
- international exposure,
- strong experience in project delivery as project manager/director,
- strong experience in portfolio management,
- strong experience in contract margin management,
- required skills in management by influence, communication, negotiation, risk and opportunity management.
- experience in tender/bid management will be a plus,
- English fluent,
- Willing to travel (30%),
- Authorization to work in E.U..
