As the Associate, Project Management Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of Bosch North America’s strategic engine—working side-by-side with senior leaders to shape, drive, and execute critical initiatives. This is a high-impact role for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, highly organized and proactive, and provide essential support to the Office of the President and Executive Committee in managing key projects and initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring smooth project execution, effective communication, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
You’ll gain a front-row seat to executive decision-making and contribute meaningfully to the success of both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Execution & Insight
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Excellence to support the execution of high-priority initiatives and strategic plans.
- Analyze trends, synthesize data, and prepare insights that inform executive decisions.
- Monitor progress against key goals and surface potential challenges or opportunities.
Executive Collaboration
- Partner with the Executive Office to ensure seamless operations and alignment across leadership teams.
- Develop engaging presentations, concise briefings, and materials that help communicate vision and priorities to stakeholders.
Cross-Company Communication
- Organize and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Distribute project information and updates to relevant stakeholders. Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries.
- Help shape internal messaging and keep teams informed and aligned.
- Partner with the Communications team to ensure key deliverables are met
Project & Initiative Support
- Play a hands-on role in the planning and execution of large-scale, cross-functional projects and events, such as the Top Executive Dialogue NA. Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines, monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks or delays, prepare status reports and presentations for the stakeholders
- Support the orchestration of major leadership forums like the BBM Americas Board and RBNA Executive Committee meetings—from agenda setting to post-event follow-up.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional corporate work experience.
- Current or previous Bosch process experience highly desired.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and deal well with ambiguity
- Strong organizational, time, and project management skills
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
