- Supports operational aspects of samples and kits as well as new product launches for the various teams
- Partners with Sr. Project Manager on priorities and initial creation of project scope, milestones, etc
- Defines and owns project tracking metrics, maintains project dashboards and project reports to ensure milestones and implementations are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Supports on project meetings
- Acts as the point of escalation for team members ensuring appropriate issue identification, resolution and risk management
- Participates in cross-functional business process improvement activities as required
- Works closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure overall project completion
- Leads project close out activities
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in a project management role
- Experience launching CPG projects preferred.
- Experience in tools like Excel, Microsoft Projects, Asana, Smartsheets, Adobe Suite, etc
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience managing and directing internal partners with project priorities and issue resolution
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- A proven problem-solver and detail oriented
- Strong follow through skills and able to organize and prioritize multiple projects

The annual base pay for this position is $52,000 - $80,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
