The Project Management Associate of Korea Regional team plays a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various projects happening in Korea. This position involves coordinating with cross-functional teams of not only the Korea regional teams but also global teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Project Management Associate will assist the Korea Project Manager in streamlining workflows, tracking project progress, and managing day-to-day activities.
Job Description
Project Coordination
- Assist in the development of detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, retail, product development, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
Project Tracking & Reporting
- Track project milestones and deliverables to follow up on the project status and progress.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks, and escalate issues to the project manager when necessary.
Documentation & Communication
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and reports.
- Facilitate communication between different stakeholders and teams, ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and increase efficiency.
- Help implement best practices for project management across the organization.
- Assist in post-project evaluations to gather insights and lessons learned for future improvements.
Partner Coordination
- Assist in managing relationships with external partners.
- Help ensure timely delivery of products, services, or resources from third-party partners.
Requirement
- Fluent in Korean, business level in English in verbal and written communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience in project management and marketing in the retail or consumer goods industry is preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, problem solving, and time-management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to cope with changes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about technology, fashion and lifestyle brands with a keen eye on market trends
