As a Social Media Manager at Artlist, you will be the driving force behind our brand's voice on social platforms, crafting compelling narratives and engaging content that resonates with our audience.

This involves generating innovative ideas, crafting briefs and scripts for both short and long-form videos, as well as writing social media copy and fostering community engagement.

We’re looking for a passionate creative, who also has a keen analytical mindset to measure success and optimize our approach. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to brainstorming sessions and executing innovative campaigns that elevate our online presence.

  • Own and manage day-to-day content operations across multiple social media channels
  • Establish and deliver a coherent social media content strategy to strengthen Artlist’s growth, retention and brand awareness
  • Lead initiatives and campaigns to promote Artlist’s products through social media
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments and mentions to maximize our brand perception.
  • Work with a team of Content Creators, Community Managers, Video Specialists, Copywriters and Designers to create social media content that makes an impact.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
  • Coordinate with paid campaign managers to align social media strategies with paid advertising efforts, ensuring cohesive messaging and optimized spending.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Content, Partnerships, and more, to ensure brand consistency according to company goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • Conduct social media audits and develop recommendations for improvements.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within in a creative SaaS company.
  • Multitasker with the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with social media management software (e.g. Sprout Social, Later) and analytical tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
  • Background in video making and content creation.
  • Experience with video and image editing software (Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop) - an advantage.
  • Native or highly proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
