    • Create new partnerships with Service Providers by demonstrating the value of our program and helping them scale their business through the Real Estate Program.
  • Coordinate a high volume of home improvement projects, managing all details from outreach and scheduling to invoicing and resolving customer concerns.
  • Cultivate a robust pipeline from 20+ leads per month while simultaneously advancing and managing existing accounts.
    • Actively manage your business pipeline and develop a long-term strategy for sustained growth & success.
  • Embrace a high-learning environment with the potential to specialize in specific trade categories or develop advance skills in coaching, project management, and consultative sales.

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer success, sales or account management (or senior customer service roles)
  • Comfort selling projects and reaching customers by phone, email, and text, with an emphasis on handling high call volume.
  • Experience and/or excitement around building a book of business and ensuring the fulfillment of strategic sales and project completion targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and outside vendors/partners.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Someone who is eager to learn and grow!
  • Comfort with hitting monthly KPIs is key.

Preferred, but not required:

  • Good foundation in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of home services, skill trades, and/or real estate
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • A proven track record of exceeding quota attainment
