The Role
Project Management Associate 
Work from Home

The Project Management Associate will support the Product Management team through structured research, feasibility assessments, and end-to-end project execution.

This is a full-time role intended for candidates who can work independently, think through ambiguity, and take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish. It is not a coordination-only or trainee role. Candidates are expected to contribute with minimal supervision after onboarding.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Research & feasibility

  • Conduct structured research and feasibility assessments for product or operations initiatives
  • Evaluate ideas using defined criteria and frameworks
  • Produce clear feasibility outputs with assumptions, risks, dependencies, and recommendations


2) Execution (idea → pilot → launch)

  • Translate ambiguous inputs into requirements, scope, and step-by-step execution plans
  • Coordinate pilots, track outcomes and metrics, and summarize learnings
  • Support launch and post-launch optimization where relevant
  • Keep work moving end-to-end, escalating risks early with proposed options


3) Documentation & systems

  • Produce and maintain high-quality documentation: research briefs, feasibility reports, SOPs, templates, decision logs
  • Keep project tools updated (ClickUp/Asana/Monday or similar) and maintain status visibility for stakeholders

Expected Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • 2–3 years experience in roles involving execution + analysis (product ops, delivery/project execution, business analysis, operations, research-heavy coordination, customer enablement, etc.)
  • Strong written communication (briefs, reports, SOPs)
  • Strong organization and follow-through
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).

Preferred:

  • Experience in service-based environments (digital marketing, healthcare services, SaaS)
  • Prior remote work experience
  • Experience supporting process improvement, research initiatives, or operational documentation
Work Hours & Expectations
  • Because we support U.S.-based clients and teams, this role requires daily overlap across two windows:
    • 4 hours during Sri Lanka daytime
    • 4 hours during Sri Lanka nighttime
  • These overlap windows are a core requirement. You’ll still have flexibility in how you structure your schedule, but the overlap coverage must be met. 
  • Occasionally, important meetings or time-sensitive tasks may require additional availability.
  • This is a full-time role that requires a commitment of 8 working hours per day, Monday through Friday.
  • This role requires a high level of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through, including attending required meetings and meeting assigned deadlines.
  • You will be expected to comply with company policies and contractual obligations, including maintaining strict confidentiality of product and client information.
