The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

This function focuses on the support of business stakeholders participating in significant IT projects. Responsible for following established guidelines and identifying and resolving problems. Individual at this level is expected to use some independence of thought but to refer more complex problems to supervisors or other experts. Individual would be expected to contribute to workflow or process change and redesign, and to form a strong basic understanding of the specific product or process. May also be accountable for regular reporting or process administration as owner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project planning, resource estimation, creation of WBS and scheduling of business-related tasks.

- Work with end users and build consensus through the project life cycle of requirements, testing, training and implementation.

- Report status to management on project progress.

- Escalate related issues and risks.

 - Work with technology resources to ensure an accurate understanding of the work product to be produced.

 - Document UAT plan.

- Coordinate the creation of test scripts and test cases.

- Arrange for the participation of business units in the testing process.

- Manage test resources.

- Ensure the adequate execution of the test plans and maintenance of test results.

- Provide support for the Department initiatives and objectives.

- Keep the Data Quality objectives in mind and practice by actively suggesting ideas and applying best practice.

- Documents, processes and procedures as well as offer and implement suggestions to enhance accuracy and efficiency of the processes.

- Creates Meeting Agenda, Presentations and Minutes.

- Creates and maintains the Project Work Breakdown Structure.

- Maintains the Project Issues and Risks Log.

- Additional project related activities as requested by the Project Manager.
 

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years experience in a large complex banking organization.

- Strong technical competence

- Can communicate well and negotiate with US and other branch's staffs.

- Experience in system project management or coordination.

- Understanding the policies of the bank and the branch.

- Ability to mediate between IT and non IT end users.

 - Ability to deliver the most appropriate solutions including both system function and non-system supported manual procedures through thorough analysis of risk, cost and efficiency of banking operations.

- Articulate, good verbal and written communication.

EDUCATION:

•Bachelor's degree or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

The typical base pay range for this role is between $78K - $98K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
