Job DescriptionRole Description:
The R&D Project Leader in BI Hobs (gas and electric) is responsible for leading new project introduction or technology modules as directed by the Generation Plan. This role involves driving and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver project results, ensuring that new products/projects fit into the platform and subsystem structure, and supporting projects from definition to series production approval.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects in areas such as new platform or subsystem projects, new features and aesthetic design, cost reduction, quality improvement, and platform or subsystem standardization.
- Drive and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Support and drive projects from definition to series production approval.
- Report in CP-meetings/steering team meetings.
- Create investment requests when applicable.
- Ensure assured safety and quality standards are met.

Education and Experience:
- Degree in Engineering or Design-related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Project Leader in another company.
- PMP certification is preferred.
Languages:
- Proficiency in English.
