ALTEN Mexico is looking for a Project Leader

Roles and responsabilities:

In the pre-sales phase:

• Participation to the qualification of the RFQ
• Participation to the technical response
• Write parts of the technical offer
• Estimate costs (human and material resources)

Manages the overall delivery of a project portfolio:

• Qualifies the staffing (Ramp-up/Ramp-down
• Writes delivery notes and receipt reports
• Writes technical files for claims and amendments
• Prepares and co-facilitates monthly steering committees
• Ensures compliance with the financial objectives of the projects in its project portfolio
• Writes, proposes and coordinates the margin and productivity optimization plan for projects
• Writes the financial reporting of projects.

Team management :

• Leads the project team: manages the resources and skills allocated to the project
• Coordinates Team Pilots (Team Leaders / Batch Manager
• Functional management of CP level 1, Lot Managers and consultants
• Transmits their knowledge and ensures their skills development.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
• Experience in a related technical field is preferred

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Jira)
• Understanding of quality management principles
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
