Job DescriptionArηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Project Leader for one of its clients, a European agency operating large-scale digital services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate software development, maintenance and operational support activities.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource planning.
- Manage Agile teams and ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, risks, budget and quality objectives.
- Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate communication across technical and business teams.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, security requirements and operational processes.
- Produce management reports and present project status to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Your Profile
- Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project or programme management.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in complex, multicultural environments.
- Professional certifications such as PM², PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent are considered an asset.
