Job DescriptionArηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Test Project Leader for one of its clients, a European agency operating large-scale digital services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and manage overall testing strategies for large-scale projects.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise functional and non-functional testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality management processes and testing standards.
- Manage testing schedules, resources and reporting.
- Validate testing deliverables and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate stakeholders involved in quality assurance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement of testing practices.
Your Profile
- Minimum 12 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong experience leading large testing programmes.
- Excellent knowledge of software development and testing lifecycles.
- Strong leadership, communication and reporting skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Technical Skills
- Test strategy and governance
- Test management tools (qTest, Xray, Jira)
- Agile testing methodologies
- Functional and non-functional testing
