Robert Bosch Power Tool Elektromos Szerszámgyártó Kft. was founded in Miskolc in November 2001, and today it has become a determining factor not only within the company group, but also in the region, becoming the largest Bosch power tool factory worldwide.

Our main products are:

► Green power tools and gardening tools for home use

► Blue power tools for industrial use

► Batteries for eBike and power tools

Our goal is to develop both ourselves and our products with the help of our coworkers.

Job Description

►Lead transfer projects
►Fulfill project targets integrating lessons learned from other projects
►Lead project team
►Lead any other projects which came from Exection owner or Excellence owner
►Track and monitor the project budget, quality, scope, time
►Participate in performance evaluation of team members
►Make decision within scope of Project Charter/Project Management Plan
►Escalate issues beyond own authority to excellence management and review committee
►Propose project changes to the review committee
►Responsible for the entire project and dedicated resources to achieve successful development process.
►Pro-actively assessing project risk and planning and executing risk mitigation strategies; including escalation
as needed.
►Make day-to-day project decisions within the defined scope (quality, timing, cost, deliverables).
►Responsible for project reporting to team and stakeholders, providing regularly scheduled updates about the
project progress.
►Responsible for delivering accurate and complete project documentation as required by defined processes.
►Contribute to CIP activities: Identify barriers and improvement opportunities for project management

Qualifications

►University degree
►Fluent English
►Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
