Project Leader Mechanical Junior (MDC)

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Leader Mechanical Junior to join our team.

General Activities:

1. Responsible for Quality, Cost, and Delivery:

• Estimates workload and unfinished projects.

• Plans and assigns activities.

• Monitors risks.

2. Prepares and chairs weekly Project Committee meetings.

3. Prepares and participates in monthly Steering Committee meetings.

4. Implements ALTEN processes, methods, and tools (specifically the ADF toolkit).

5. Monitors KPIs and prepares operational project reports for the project manager.

6. Participates in the consolidation of operational reports (reviewing projects at both the operational and financial levels).

• Engineer or technical Master 2 degree

• 2+ YOE

Technical Skills:

• 2+ years of previous experience with at least one of the following:
• body, chassis, interiors, mechatronics of the vehicle.
• - 2 years minimum of previous experience as project manager/leader
• - Manages or has managed a team of at least 5-10 people
• - Leadership experience from 2+ years expected
• - Experience with design tools: Catia V5, Teamcenter, NX
• - Previous experience on fixed-price projects is a plus
• - Experience with communication protocols is a plus
