As a Project Leader you will be responsible for;

  • Managing the delivery of engineering work packages, ensuring project objectives are achieved in terms of cost, timeline, and quality.
  • Leading project execution activities while coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Tracking project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
  • Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation plans to maintain delivery commitments.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with customers and project teams.
  • Applying industry-specific engagement and delivery models to support customer expectations and business objectives.
  • Driving accountability and ownership for project deliverables and customer commitments.
  • Facilitating collaboration across engineering and support teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Building strong customer and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and leadership.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working for an engineering services, consulting, or technical services organization in the United States or internationally.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the delivery of work packages with responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Knowledge of engineering services engagement models and project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience leading projects without necessarily managing a work unit or business unit.
  • Experience within aerospace, automotive, rail, industrial, manufacturing, or other engineering-focused industries is preferred.
  • Manufacturing or engineering background is preferred.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 + Bonuses

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
