DUTIES:

1.            Liaison with external entities (great communication/listening skills)

2.            Intake potential issues

a.            Investigate

b.            Communicate with stakeholders

c.             Track and report status (in CMS Government system)

3.            Maintain alignment with client - subsidiary of parent company (communication follow-up skills)

4.            Document meetings, decisions, actions, and issues

5.            Organize and facilitate issue resolution


QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

1.            Ability to react to changing environments with little direction (Flexibility)

2.            Demonstrated initiative and ability to learn quickly and take action (Initiative)

3.            Ability to discern what needs doing and get it done while growing and maintaining relationships across business areas

4.            Curiosity about the business and its environment and the ability to synthesize large amounts of information in a short time frame.

5.            Experience in regulatory environments with an understanding of the sensitivity required when dealing with regulators and executives

6.            Ability to operate comfortably in environments where the answers are not always clear (may need to weigh out options, consult appropriate parties, communicate possible solutions, etc.) to get to clear results orientation.

7.            Willingness to take on any activity or duty in order to get results.

8.            Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with high attention to detail (includes running meetings, giving presentations to taking minutes)

9.            Ability to use the best communication medium for the situation (e.g. e-mail vs instant messaging vs phone call vs F2F)

10.          Ability to prioritize workload effectively

11.          Ability to decode an organization and build relationships without a roadmap

12.          Seeks continuous improvement with an eye toward greater organizational efficiency

13.          Knowledge of lean principles with the ability to operationalize in creative ways

14.          Similar work or different work may be assigned at any time as needs arise requiring flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
