PURVIS is seeking a Project Lead to oversee scheduling, coordination, and execution support for deployments across submarine platforms. This role manages project timelines, stakeholder communication, documentation requirements, and cross‑team alignment for all installation‑related activities.
The position serves as the primary liaison between PURVIS, submarine TYCOMs, fleet representatives, and internal engineering/logistics teams.
The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include:
- Lead overall planning, scheduling, and coordination for deployment activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison with submarine TYCOMs and Navy leadership to align schedules, priorities, and operational requirements.
- Manage development and delivery of required documentation to include monthly status reports, quarterly reports to Government sponsor location and data call requests.
- Coordinate efforts across engineering, logistics, and program teams to ensure readiness and execution alignment.
- Assign, track, and oversee tasking for supporting personnel to maintain procedural and timeline compliance.
- Maintain and refine project procedures to improve workflow efficiency and communication across all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify emerging issues, and drive resolution through the appropriate technical teams.
- Operate independently while managing multiple concurrent priorities in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
- Represent PURVIS in coordination with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure unified project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of practical related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Military background is strongly preferred, especially submarine, communications, or operational experience.
- Experience interfacing with Navy leadership, TYCOMs, or fleet units is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills required.
