Requirements:
SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, or equivalent).
Strong understanding and hands-on experience applying SAFe principles in large-scale Agile environments.
Commitment to maintaining current and relevant certifications through continuous professional development.
Preferences:
Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP.
Agile or Scrum-related certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Agile Coach).
Additional credentials demonstrating expertise in program coordination, stakeholder management, or delivery excellence.
