- 8+ years of experience in a Project Management or Project Lead role, ideally within the crypto, fintech, or related industries.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving cross-functional team collaboration.
- Exceptional relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, or Web3 concepts is highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for the crypto and fintech industry, with a proactive approach to staying updated on market developments.
