Your day at NTT DATA
The Software Contracts Analyst – Cloud, designed to support the Software Asset Manager (SAM) by cataloging software license contracts that are used in support of NTT Managed Services. This role is to help outline contract terms, track ongoing budgetary obligations, and help track customer revenue associated with contract use.
What you'll be doing
Key Deliverables include but are not limited to:
- Ongoing customer contract change tracking as it relates to software use
- Accurate and timely report creation for review/approval prior to monthly vendor submission deadlines as needed
- Meet monthly reporting deadlines for finance reports for customer billing, revenue and alike
- Microsoft Teams SAM Channel Maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the financial performance of support services within a Region/Country or Services Division, including growth, delivery profitability and technology innovation.
- Track all software contracts that support the NTT Cloud and Security (C&S) business unit
- Track customer contract data as it relates to consumption of software on the C&S managed services platform
- Track requests, ongoing provisioning and renewal for customer digital certification and security solutions for identity and encryption via DigiCert portal
- Budgeting: Work with Finance team members to track monthly customer software consumption as contracted vs. ongoing billing and revenue
- Back-up for monthly consumption reporting as needed
- Contract management for yearly software renewals and budget information
- Development of ServiceNow (SNOW) SAM license request queue and ongoing daily queue monitoring
- Other duties as assigned
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Business Administration or related
Required Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in managing an information technology services team, preferably within a global matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated experience in a large-scale organization.
- Demonstrated experience working with vendors and/or service providers.
- Demonstrated experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated experience in a support services role within an information technology services environment.
