The Project Lead for E-Mobility Technology, Design & Tools is responsible for implementing technologies and tools that will further grow the E -Mobility teams. This person will also ensure completion of enhancements and additional functionality as needed to drive program success. The Project Lead will be responsible for:
Leading the end-to-end implementation with Digital Products collaboration to collect, consolidate, and standardize Electric Vehicle (EV) data across internal systems and external data providers, ensuring data consistency and reliability
Ensuring alignment of EV data processes with regulatory reporting requirements, program evaluations, and stakeholder inquiries, supporting data-driven decision-making
Crafting actionable recommendations that support measurable program or user experience improvements to existing portals and tools.
Creating, maintaining and updating regulatory and compliance data analytics (e.g. dashboards, visualizations, reports)
Partner and liaise with Digital Products and Emobility program teams to coordinate data needs.
ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities- The Project Lead: EV Data Manager will lead teams and directly manage assigned staff, including overseeing performance, providing coaching and development, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to collect, consolidate, standardize, and manage EMobility data across internal systems and external providers.
- Partner and liaise with Digital Products and Emobility program teams to coordinate data needs.
- Maintain E-Mobilitys database integrity and connection with data sources in collaboration with Digital Products.
- Create, maintain and update regulatory and compliance data analytics (e.g. dashboards, visualizations, reports).
- Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, including standardized definitions, data models, and quality controls to support accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee integration of multiple data sources (e.g., internal systems, vendors, network service providers) in collaboration with Digital Products to create a unified and scalable EV data ecosystem.
- Design and implement processes to validate, cleanse, and maintain high-quality EV datasets, ensuring integrity across reporting, analytics, and operational use cases.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, standards, and reporting needs, translating business requirements into actionable data solutions.
- Drive the development of centralized data repositories and reporting tools (e.g., dashboards, analytics platforms) that enable insights into program performance and customer impact.
- Collaborate closely with all E-mobility program and project teams to understand how to best meet their business needs, and develop and maintain positive relationships with Company teams outside of E-Mobility.
- Develop and lead training and support for internal EV team users, including business development, strategy and program management teams.
- Oversight of data analytics and reporting requirements for E-mobility programs to meet regulatory requirements and answering stakeholder and leadership inquiries.
- Lead procurement and management of third-party consultants and technology providers, as needed.
- Work effectively and lead cross-functional teams responsible for new department initiatives that may arise from time to time.
- Provide problem solving and strategic support related to platforms and tools for the department.
- Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
- Ensure that safe work practices are followed, and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of work experience or
- Master's Degree and 2 years of work experience
- Bachelor's Degree Degree in IT, energy, or sustainability disciplines and 3 years utility or other business work experience managing IT projects
- Master's Degree Degree in IT, energy, or sustainability disciplines and 2 years utility or other business work experience managing IT projects
- Experience managing successful implementation and management of IT projects/tools/technologies/database, required.
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues who have a diverse set of experiences and approaches in order to drive business results, required.
- Excellent organizational capabilities and proven successful management of detailed, complex initiatives, required.
- Demonstrated agility and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, required.
- Experience with PowerBI, required.
- Experience with regulatory compliance reporting and data consolidation, preferred.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), preferred.
- Strong communications, presentation, writing and analytical skills, preferred.
