At BLP, we build a cutting-edge SaaS product for automated document processing, with deep ERP integrations at the heart of our value proposition. These integrations span a wide range of technologies, customers, and partners — and we’re looking for someone to bring structure and scale to this fast-moving, high-impact area.

We’re hiring a Project Manager Integrations to own and streamline the way we connect BLP to customer ERP systems. You’ll work closely with our integration and project teams to turn fragmented, manual processes into professional, automated, and repeatable workflows — reducing internal effort and enabling customers and partners to self-serve.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments, enjoys working across multiple teams and projects, and brings a structured, process-driven mindset to complex integration challenges. You’ll join a fast growing scale-up with 80+ employees based right next to Zürich Hauptbahnhof — combining startup agility with the ambition and infrastructure of a scaling company.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the integration process between BLP and customer ERP systems.

• Evaluate and improve current integration processes to increase clarity, reduce manual effort, and enable automation.

• Align integration approaches across teams to ensure consistency, quality, and strategic reuse.

• Build the foundation for a self-service integration ecosystem by defining standards, documentation, and enablement materials.
  (Alternative: Support integration setups hands-on where needed — while actively working to phase out internal involvement)

• Develop and maintain clear documentation standards to enable customers and partners to complete integrations independently.

• Define clear acceptance criteria for new integrations and ensure their implementation meets those standards.

• Act as the bridge between business needs, technical implementation, and operational execution.

• Significant experience in project management or systems integration, ideally in a customer-facing or fast-changing environment.

• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

• A structured, analytical mindset — you bring clarity to complexity and design processes that scale.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align business, technical, and operational teams.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with confidence in both day-to-day and executive-level interactions.

• Technical familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Dynamics, or Navision.

• Experience integrating customer infrastructure with SaaS platforms, including APIs, connectors, or middleware.

• A track record of creating internal standards, enablement materials, or implementation playbooks that empower others to deliver independently.
