Description

LAC Federal is seeking a Project Information Specialist to provide administrative and project information support to IRC operations, including coordination of projects, reporting, scheduling, executive support, and operational tracking. 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare correspondence and reports 
  • Coordinate meetings and calendars 
  • Track project actions and deliverables 
  • Maintain office records and documentation 
  • Support administrative operations 

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

  • At least 7 years of administrative management or relevant work experience
  • Experience in creating and implementing organizational or administrative management policies and procedures
  • Ability to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Experience managing an agency project report library
  • Experience with other administrative services like office management, building and facilities management, human resources, and/or security
  • Ability to provide training and technical assistance to staff
  • Experience in information and records management
  • Proficient in the use of a variety of IT programs, databases, and computerized systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to innovative and quality customer service
  • Physical ability to move a large number of files and/or file boxes
  • Experience providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events such as microphone and monitor connectivity, presentations or visual material access
  • Experience creating and editing audio-visual content such as presentations and videos
  • Experience setting up conference, board, or training rooms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex problems
  • College degree required in business or information management and/or related certifications
  • Proficient in the use of commercial software packages and databases, such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Possess the ability to respond flexibly and to provide rapid assistance in a time-sensitive
  • environment.
  • Possess strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Must be a U. S. Citizen
  • Ability to obtain and retain a “SECRET” security clearance. Active clearance strongly preferred

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience supporting DOS or civilian agencies preferred 

 Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and operate standard office equipment and computer systems for extended periods while performing administrative support, project coordination, scheduling, reporting, and records management duties. 
  • Ability to lift, carry, transport, and organize files, records, office supplies, presentation materials, and file boxes weighing up to 25–30 pounds as part of office operations, project support, and event setup activities. 
  • Ability to provide on-site operational and technical support for meetings, conferences, and training events, including setting up conference rooms, troubleshooting audiovisual equipment, and responding quickly to time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment
