About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities & Objectives:
1. Installation, Commissioning, and Technical Support: Responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and routine inspection & maintenance of automated warehouse and sorting equipment, including 4-way shuttle cars, conveyor systems, shuttle systems, lifts, AGVs, etc.
2. Technical Solution Development: Responsible for preparing technical project proposals, conducting cost assessments, and performing electrical design work. 3. Knowledge Management: Responsible for collecting and organizing equipment failure points to build a knowledge base.
4. Documentation: Responsible for creating and updating electrical maintenance manuals for equipment.
5. Training & Knowledge Transfer: Responsible for conducting technical training for both internal and external clients to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Skills Required
- Installation and commissioning experience with automated warehouse and sorting equipment (shuttle cars, conveyors, AGVs, lifts).
- Troubleshooting and routine maintenance skills for material handling and automation systems.
- Electrical design experience related to warehouse automation equipment.
- Ability to prepare technical project proposals and perform cost assessments.
- Create and update electrical maintenance manuals and technical documentation.

- Experience conducting technical training and knowledge transfer for clients and internal teams.
