Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our web-based software solutions for clients across various industries, including legal, business, and government sectors.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure software solutions, and ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems. This is a fully remote position, with most client interactions conducted via screen sharing and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of web-based software solutions for new and existing clients.
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
Configure software to meet client-specific needs and workflows.
Review and map SQL databases and other data sources to support data migration and integration.
Conduct training sessions for both administrative and end users, in one-on-one and group settings, to ensure successful adoption of the software.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during and after implementation.
Document implementation processes, configurations, and client requirements.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure project success.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience implementing web-based software solutions.
Strong understanding of SQL databases and experience with data mapping and migration.
Familiarity with legal, business, or government environments is a strong plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with screen sharing tools and remote collaboration platforms.
Comfortable delivering training sessions to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Knowledge of data integration tools or ETL processes.
Background in customer success, technical support, or training.
