Job Description

We are looking for experienced candidates to fill the Project Finance Manager position, and to be involved in clinical project budgeting, negotiating and analyzing budgets as well as providing support with proposals and contract management activities within the company.

Hybrid in Tallinn

Responsibilities:

  • Development of study budget (preparation of budgets for proposals and change order budgets for on-going projects)
  • Management of study budget throughout the clinical project duration (setup and maintenance of project finance information in PSI internal systems, preparation of accrual reports, request for invoices)
  • Development of Sponsor Contract (preparation of sponsor agreements and change orders, development of payment schedules)
  • Timesheet System Management (setup and maintenance of project-specific timesheets in PSI’s internal system, management of reconciliation of actual vs budget costs on a regular basis)

    Qualifications

    • College or University degree, preferably in Finance/Economics
    • At least 3 years' experience in project budgeting and financial analysis in a CRO setting
    • Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CEFR) C1 level in English
    • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications, advanced use of MS Excel
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong communication/negotiation skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to communicate with all involved departments and sponsors
    • Ability to produce accurate and timely information/reports
    • Ability to work under pressure and to perform multi-task activities
    • Ability to train others

    Skills Required

    • College or university degree, preferably in Finance or Economics
    • At least 3 years of experience in project budgeting and financial analysis within a contract research organization
    • C1 level English proficiency under the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
    • Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
