Essential Functions:

  • Oversee and coordinate the accurate and timely monthly billing deliverables based on contracted terms, invoice backup requirements, and client reconciliation requests.
  • Reviews revenue on a monthly basis under assigned service line.
  • Develop and maintain project backlog forecasts.
  • Oversee contract/ budget functionality within Workday and also maintain and support billing schedules and rate sets / plans.
  • Month-end variance analysis and commentary to support revenue, hours, rev / h, and other trending items to identify risks and opportunities to management.
  • Partner with the Project Managers / Functional Leads / BD within the service line to support the projects and assist with reporting and the change order process.
  • May perform other country / regional accounting duties to support the month end close process.
  • Other projects / duties as necessary to support the Global Project Finance team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Necessary Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Workday systems preferred.
  • Demonstrating an understanding of billing accounting principles.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change, ability to multitask with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and oral

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors in business economics/ accountancy or similar training.

Experience Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Experience within a consultancy firm is an advantage.
  • Small / medium business background is preferred.
