Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple high complexity projects across one or more client environments and ensure alignment to delivery standards and business priorities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives and key stakeholders to influence decisions and drive outcomes

  • Establish consistent communication frameworks across project, client, and internal teams and resolve escalated issues and risks

  • Drive financial performance by forecasting, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions across engagements

  • Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes while maintaining alignment to project objectives and delivery quality

  • Partner with sales and account teams to identify and advance client opportunities

Qualifications

Required

  • At least 7 years project management experience leading complex, multi-project engagements

  • At least 2 years of people leadership experience with accountability for team outcomes

  • At least 2 years of experience managing project financials including forecasting and variance analysis

  • Project Management Professional certification or equivalent

  • Demonstrated ability to influence decision making across multiple stakeholders and executive levels

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results across multiple projects

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred

  • At least 2 years experience supporting sales or pipeline activities in a client-facing environment

  • At least 2 years experience managing large or enterprise client relationships

  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different clients

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
