As a Project Execution Manager, you will:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring timely completion within scope, budget, and stakeholder expectations.
- Mentor and manage a diverse project team, fostering collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Implement risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks while ensuring compliance with DoD IT standards.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing challenges, and ensuring financial accountability.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer sciences, business management, or related field
- 5+ years as a Lead Project Manager
- 5+ years in DoD IT environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
