Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Execution Manager to lead the Offshore Wind Farm onshore substation project in Pelėkiai village, Lithuania (Šventoji region). This role will involve managing the planning, execution, and risk management of the onshore transformer station, ensuring alignment with organizational project management standards, policies, and principles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selecting, hiring, and supervising contractors and service providers, ensuring that all tasks are completed within the approved timelines, budget, and quality standards, while meeting project milestones and portfolio objectives. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Overseeing technical, organizational, and financial aspects of project execution, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
  • Leading relationships with stakeholders, including owners, contractors, and project partners
  • Implementing safety measures and conduct risk assessments to prevent accidents on-site
  • Allocating resources, budgets, and staffing for efficient project execution
  • Managing project planning, task prioritization, and coordination of contractors for timely delivery
  • Guiding the project through all stages, ensuring contractors meet financial KPIs and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Engineering MBA (civil, electrical) or a technical degree in a relevant engineering discipline
  • At least 5 years of project management experience with relevant qualifications in industry-standard techniques
  • Solid understanding of construction site compliance, legal requirements, and risk assessment practices
  • Strong technical and project management skills with a clear understanding of business aspects in project execution
  • Proficient in English and fluent in Lithuanian
  • Valid Category B driving license.
