Praetorian Power Protection, the leader in NETA testing and staff augmentation for the mission critical industry, is seeking Project Engineer with a proven track record in Data Center construction to join our team in Pryor, OK. In this role, you will be the backbone of project execution, managing critical documentation, ensuring technical accuracy, and keeping massive, fast-paced mission-critical builds on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Document Control & Review: Manage, review, and process all project documentation, including architectural/engineering drawings, RFIs, and specifications.
- Submittals & Transmittals: Own the entire submittal workflow. Review subcontractor submittals for accuracy and compliance with project specs before routing to engineering teams.
- Project Close-Outs: Coordinate and execute the complete close-out process, ensuring all O&M manuals, as-builts, warranties, and attic stock are meticulously organized and delivered to the client.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central liaison between Project Managers, Superintendents, Subcontractors, and the General Contractor partner to resolve technical discrepancies.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain precise logs for RFIs, submittals, change orders, and material deliveries to ensure zero project delays.
What We’re Looking For
- Data Center Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of commercial construction experience, with a strict requirement for direct experience on Data Center / Mission-Critical builds.
- Technical Savvy: Strong familiarity with structural, MEP, and low-voltage systems common in data center environments.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360, or equivalent).
- Organizational Mastery: High attention to detail with the ability to manage massive volumes of data and documentation without letting things slip through the cracks.
