She/he is responsible to coordinate all construction activities including dry and wet validation of machinery and complete Handover 0 validation.

This role requires strong communication, functional/technical and project management skills in order to deliver the success of projects in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
This is regional role which will require some travel within APAC to support other
countries depending on the different project workloads and needs

Education & Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required.
5/10 years’ experience in a comparable technical position
Basic understanding of engineering principals
Ability to travel depending on project demands
Knowledge / Experience
Project management experience
Experience in budget management (negotiation, estimations, forecasting, reporting, escalation)
Team skills performance
Presentation & Communication Skills
Project Planning, Phasing & Prioritization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of current RC processes preferred (Mixing, grinding, dosing, extrusion, and Packaging)
Skills Required
