Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in executing projects within scope, schedule, and budget while applying project controls
- Ensure compliance with safety standards by coordinating training, collaborating with Safety/Environmental teams, and supporting audits
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, vendors) to ensure successful project execution
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders
- Define and document project scope, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and managing changes as needed
- Support RFQs and ensure installations meet design specifications and quality requirements
- Assist with commissioning plans, construction sequencing, and apply structured problem-solving to resolve issues
Requirements:
- Strong multitasking, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and complete complex projects effectively
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams from multiple disciplines
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate efforts across diverse groups
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Understanding of project design, scope development, and change management processes
- Familiarity with construction environments and project processes
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
