The Project Engineer develops PLC/RTU programming, interfaces systems with field assets, designs SCADA graphics, and troubleshoots systems.

-Develop PLC/RTU Programming using ladder logic development and Function block diagrams.
-Interface PLC/RTU system with various field assets such as compressors, dispensers and flow meter using
communication protocol like Modbus, Profibus and Profinet.
-Design and configure SCADA graphics; map tags and establish communication between SCADA and PLC/RTU
systems.
-Interfacing and commissioning of third party systems with SCADA using OPC or other communication protocols.
-Knowledge of DNP3 and MOTT Protocols.
-Maintenance and troubleshooting of the commissioned PLC/RTU system and to keep record of the same.
-SCADA hardware and software upgradation/Maintenance on periodic basis as required and its maintenance of
the same.
-Interaction with back end team in HO for IT Support, services and understanding to get site system in running
condition.
-Handle customer complaints by providing the compliant number and attending the same with resolution as well
getting sign offs.
-Establish communication between SCADA and RTU/PLC panels via GPRS modem, including configuration and
testing.
-Should be proficient of protocols such as profibus, Modbus, TCP/IP, Modbus communication.
Requirements
-PLC/RTU Programming as per IEC 61131-3 standard for Programming Industrial Control System.
-Experience on communication protocol and its implementation.
-Experience with various PLC and SCADA module and their implementation.
-Understanding of network switches and typologies will be an added advantage.
