We are looking for an individual experienced in the preparation and implementation of projects in the FMCG sector, ensuring compliance with international standards during the installation of new or modernization of existing equipment/processes (sanitary design, HSE, QA, and other requirements), and managing the launch process.
How you will contribute
- Analyzing ideas/requests for investment projects and, after agreement with internal stakeholders and the department head, preparing a feasibility study for funding requests or budget planning for future years.
- After investment approval, coordinating, controlling, and ensuring project execution within the approved budget and timelines.
- Jointly with the Procurement department, evaluating tender results and making recommendations for the best choice from a technical and finance perspective. Collaborating with the Procurement department during contract preparation, providing necessary technical information (Terms of Reference). Proposing suppliers to the Procurement department to obtain quality and cost-effective equipment.
- Controlling delivery, coordinating the launch, and commissioning of equipment for new projects in cooperation with the production, technical, and R&D departments.
- Preparing necessary reports and documents regarding project implementation in accordance with corporate procedures and requirements.
- Participating in regional programs for the development and implementation of various projects.
- Jointly with the Plant Assets Lead and BD & Engineering Lead, supporting the adaptation and implementation of global Mondelez standards requirements related to projects at the factory.

What you need to know about this position:
You will be part of the project engineering team at the Vyshhorod salty snacks factory. Your projects will involve the installation of new equipment/infrastructure, modernization of existing equipment/infrastructure in production areas, wastewater treatment plants, and the factory's energy supply areas, in cooperation with external contractors (Ukrainian and international) and in close collaboration with all factory departments.

- Confident user of MS Office, ability to review/edit drawings in AutoCAD.
Education / Certifications:
- Technology or engineering fields.
