The Project Engineer responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manages product design and development projects from concept through production.
- Interacts with the customer and communicates information as necessary to regularly prepares documentation to keep management informed of project status.
- Interprets customer concerns, requirements and directs the design appropriately.
- Proposes and develops process improvements.
- Provides engineering support to the design team.
- Management of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop tooling or process improvements with the design team.
- Acts as subject matter expert in at least one production line.
- Verifies that product designs meet the customer's requirements through calculations and analysis.
