About the job:
Project Engineer (Retrofit of Energy Consuming Systems in Commercial and Industrial Buildings) and Consultancy
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of project schedules
- Design consultancy and project management for equipment retrofits
- Uphold the safety standards for projects and maintenance according to company requirements or better.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance and overhaul programmes.
- Perform data analysis and evaluate equipment performance & system with respect to design intention
- Initiate energy-saving proposals to optimise equipment operations and control strategies
- Review and recommend equipment retrofits for energy-efficient replacements
- Achieve Green Building certifications for clients through conducting gap analysis and proposing solutions for implementation to enhance building performance
- Work closely with the sales team in introducing sales strategies, technical scope analysis, capability demonstrations, development of proposals and project cost estimates
- Support M&E tender duties (retrofit projects & ACMV maintenance), develop tender strategy and ensure timely tender submissions to clients are within budget and quality.
About you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in ACMV-related BMS or M&E projects.
- Knowledge of project coordination, site monitoring, and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work independently.
