We are seeking a Process Engineer who (focus equipment) will be responsible for managing and executing CAPEX projects, within the area of production equipment.
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Execute capex projects within preprocessing, compounding and filling of aseptic products in Puurs.
Initiate the project, develop the business case together with the stakeholders,
Reach out to suppliers, order equipment, perform design reviews and execute FAT/SAT and commissioning testing to get the new equipment up&running within the agreed timelines
Manage capex project: budget and schedule across departments
Become subject matter expert for the preprocessing, compounding and filling processes within the site
Take initiatives to challenge the status quo in the existing processes and evaluate alternatives and new technologies
Develop project execution strategy and execute investment projects according to customer needs (costs, schedule, functionality, quality)
Essential Requirements:
Degree in Industrial Engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc.) or equivalent
3 years of engineering experience thereof 2 in investment projects, ideally in Pharmaceutical industry and aseptic production
Proven project management skills including contract management and project controlling
Good collaboration and inter-personal skills
Fluent in English and Dutch
Desirable Requirements:
Leadership experience for the management of external resources
Understanding of qualification activities within pharmaceutical industry
