The Role
Are you an engineer who enjoys both designing solutions and working directly with customers? We’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Project Engineer to design and deliver high purity water systems for cutting-edge, high-tech manufacturing clients.
This is a unique opportunity to own projects end-to-end—from concept and design to execution—while collaborating with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to bring complex systems to life.
What You'll Do:
• Design water system solutions to fit customer needs
• Project Management
• Draft proposals for new water systems
• Support regional sales team with technical engineering support
• Engauge with customers to understand scope and design
• Plan and coordinate projects from conception to completion
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Manage timelines and budgets
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Collaborate with team members during project lifecycles
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelors of Science Degree, in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering. Or similar degree or relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills, having knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience in AutoCad is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. The ability to build and develop effective relationships with both colleagues and customers is key

The estimated salary range for this position is $75K to $90K. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. At Xylem we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
