At Meridian, we’re on a mission to make energy cleaner and cheaper for Aotearoa New Zealand.

100% of the energy we generate comes from renewable sources - wind, water and sun - because we believe that’s the best way forward for our planet and our communities. We’re doing what we can to help Aotearoa reduce its carbon emissions and supporting others in our communities to do the same.

We serve around 400,000 customers and have big aspirations to deliver value to even more homes and businesses across Aotearoa through our two brands, Meridian and Powershop.

Furthermore, the role will ensure we meet safety-in-design, compliance with AS/NZ standards, WorkSafe guidelines, NCOP and Meridian's quality and safety standards.

The role will also entail providing support asset management, maintenance and fault response efforts across our EVCI network and solar PV assets, and project management and coordination efforts as required for our EVCI and solar PV project pipelines. Technical sales support will also be required to be provided to our Sales and ICT teams to enhance and support their capabilities and targets.

The role is to support the decarbonisation of New Zealand, specifically through work in solar PV systems, EVCI and energy storage solutions.
