The Project Engineer will manage solar PV projects from inception to completion, including site surveys, design coordination, material purchasing, and compliance. They will lead teams, liaise with authorities, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

- Coordinate with designer on the design of the solar PV system including but not limited to electrical, structural and mechanical.
- Plan and manage material purchase and subcontract via ERP system.

- To assist on the best practices and safe work procedure for every project.
- Organize a post mortem meeting for evaluation of project results, challenges faced and provide recommendations for future improvement.
- To contribute, comply and committed toward the company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management System by making sure it is full compliances to International Standard, Legal compliances, local regulations, and any code of practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ project management experience, preferably in solar PV, renewable energy, or construction.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV system design, installation, and commissioning would be added advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems, contractor management, and project scheduling.
- Familiarity with local authorities, licensing, and grid interconnection.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong can-do attitude.
- Based in Mindanao / Makati. Willingness to travel to project sites.
