DAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN:- Implementiere neue Produkte, Fertigungstechnologien und -prozesse
- Plane, budgetiere und organisiere komplexe Projekte
- Identifiziere und analysiere Verbesserungen im Fertigungsprozess
- Nimm aktiv an der Projektdurchführung teil
- Erstelle Konzeptstudien und präsentiere sie dem Management
Operations PMO Manager
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur (Maschinenbau, , Verfahrenstechnik, Medizintechnik, o.ä.)
- Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement (mindestens 3 Jahre)
- Führungserfahrung mit interdisziplinären Teams
- Hohe Motivation und Eigenständigkeit
- Umfassende Kenntnisse von Fertigungstechnologien und Produktionsabläufen
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Kostenanalyse und Aufbereitung von Business Cases
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten
- Lösungsorientiert, Durchsetzungsstark und Entscheidungsfreudig
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Medizintechnik von Vorteil
- Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
