Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Review project specifications, architectural drawings, and structural drawings used to develop elevator shop drawing.
- Review project quotation to confirm accuracy and compliance with local and national codes.
- Review project shop drawings to confirm accuracy and compliance with local and national codes.
- Review customer marked up drawings for feasibility and pricing changes.
- Provide customer support for design interface information with other related trades.
- Provide support for various internal departments throughout the life cycle of a project.
- Capable of handling multiple jobs in various stages of progress.
- Ability to manage and provide support for specific customer accounts.
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related area.
- 1-3 years of experience in a construction or manufacturing industry
- Familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow general guidelines and processes.
- Ability to communicate across a variety of platforms, verbal and written.
- Fluid in Microsoft office and Adobe Acrobat. SolidWorks and AutoCAD are a plus.
