Project Engineer

The project engineer is a key member of the Engineering department, reporting to the Engineering manager. This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing engineering projects from concept to design through to execution. 

In this role your primary focus will be: 

Project management 

• Manage the project through the IPSEN stage Gate Process. 

• Project Initiation Form.

• Feasibility 

• Concept Design 

• Front End Design 

• Detailed Design 

• Construction/ Installation 

• Commission & Qualification 

• Process Validation and Operation 

• Project Close out. 

Additional responsibilities: 

• Equipment Procurement & Contract Awards.

• Prepare & Submit CapEx Applications at the appropriate stage gates. 

• Manage the involvement of the IPSEN customer team (both local & corporate) to the appropriate level. 

• Ensure Owner Buy-in/Sign-off to the appropriate level at each stage gate. 

• Coordinate & Manage the C&Q phase again ensuring Customer Team involvement at the appropriate level.
