  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a minimum of five (5) years of exposure in project engineering. 
  • Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communications)

    • Utilities and Facilities
    • All project phases, from initiation to completion, providing leadership and coordination
    • Change Control development and support
    • URS development
    • Project status reports

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement change control procedures to manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Review and approve change requests, ensuring they are justified and aligned with project objectives.
  • Track and manage change orders, ensuring timely execution and documentation.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive business cases to justify project investments.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to define project requirements and develop User Requirement Specifications (URS).
  • Ensure that business cases and URS documents are clear, concise, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assess existing utility and facility infrastructure to identify potential constraints or improvement opportunities.
  • Develop strategies for optimizing utility and facility utilization to support project requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of new projects with existing infrastructure.
  • Prepare weekly project reports detailing project progress, key milestones, and potential challenges.
  • Coordinate system completion and turnover, requisition project materials, equipment, and services.
