Role Summary:
The Contract Assistant work with Project Manager to plan, direct, and ensure the successful outcome of projects utilizing the assigned project teams, as well as standards, practices, and toolsets established within Flowserve. You will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all project activity is regularly reported to the client and performed as per agreed technical specifications and project terms and conditions.
Your role:

Project status reporting to customers regularly and ensure On

Time deliverable on documentation.

Coordinate and interface with other Flowserve resources and work on joint projects.

Responsible for the accountability of the Contract and evaluating key actions associated with the Contract.

To understand customer documentation requirements and update them in respective portal within the timeline.

Participate in Kick Off Meeting with Customer along with Project Manager.

Creation of cover sheets against Project requirements and submit documents to customer for approval.

Follow up with internal teams for the document deliverable schedule and receipt on time.
Your profile:
-
Diploma / bachelor’s degree in mechanical / production / Instrumentation with 2+ years of relevant field experience.

Advanced knowledge of the English language.

Basic knowledge in Valves and Industrial sector.

Strong PC knowledge, including MS TEAMS, MS Office, AutoCAD.

Excellent communication skills to convey key information and communicate.
