Project Engineer
About the role:
Design and execute product, process, and infrastructure projects, leveraging appropriate suppliers with strong technical expertise and knowledge of applicable new technologies, to contribute to operational reliability, process competitiveness, and the sustainability of our brand image.
What You Will Do:
- Evaluate, plan, execute, and support infrastructure, equipment, process, and product projects, as well as equipment relocation initiatives, to ensure the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives related to production, continuous improvement, and technological development.
- Provide technical support to Personal Care plants to maintain and improve machine performance and process efficiency.
- Analyze, integrate, and leverage technological research and updates to drive process improvements and product development initiatives. · Develop, coordinate, and manage suppliers and external manufacturers required to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
- Support and develop maintenance and manufacturing requirements to ensure process stability. · Implement technical support actions and process improvements aimed at solving operational issues, improving plant KPIs, and reducing operating costs.
- Support TPM initiatives across the organization to ensure vertical startups, loss elimination, and efficiency improvements.
- Support process and product innovation initiatives. Inspire individuals and teams, mobilizing their knowledge, energy, and behaviors to positively impact organizational results.
- Provide support to the RESH area regarding plant layout drawings, infrastructure projects, and actions aimed at eliminating unsafe conditions within the operation
Who You Are:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. A specialization or postgraduate degree in Project Management is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably leading and executing engineering or industrial projects.
- Knowledge: Mandatory English proficiency at B2 level, Microsoft Project, preferably SAP, project formulation and management, and budget management.
- Skills: Leadership, organization, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills

Skills Required
