Resolute, the recruitment division of Brevitas, is hiring a Project Controls Coordinator on behalf of Brevitas. This position is based in Richmond Hill, ON with the role being onsite within the GTA.

The Role
- Plan and execute project management and execution support activities throughout the project lifecycle, including design coordination and Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) activities for pharmaceutical facilities, utilities, equipment, and systems.
- Develop & maintain detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to maintain alignment across project activities and provide regular updates on progress, key challenges, risks, decisions, and changes in scope.
- Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Biotechnology, or a related discipline).
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in project management tools, with a strong understanding of engineering principles.
- Strong understanding of risk management, change management, issue resolution, and project controls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Note: Annual salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $110,000, based on experience.
